We are looking for Systems Engineer (South of Latin America) to join our Team.

This position is based in Lima Peru.

Must have proper authorization to work in Peru, no sponsorship is available (only Peru Citizens will be considered for the position).

CommScope’s Building & Campus business delivers end ‑ to ‑ end enterprise networking infrastructure—structured copper and fiber cabling (SYSTIMAX®, NETCONNECT®), powered fiber and automated infrastructure management (imVision®).

It focuses on high bandwidth, longer distances, smarter visibility/monitoring, faster deployment and large ‑ venue coverage—enabling connected, secure environments across offices, campuses, universities, hospitals, airports and other venues.

The Systems Engineer (S.E.) will lead all technical initiatives for Enterprise final customers within the Building and Campus business segment. Working closely with consultants, partners/channels, and distributors across the region, the S.E. will drive new business development and expand the portfolio of end-customer accounts.

The S.E. will also lead technical customer engagement activities and project execution, including a vertical-market approach, with the primary objective of accelerating growth within the Enterprise segment.

Education and Experience Required  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronic, telecommunications or related).
• Minimum 10 years of Related Experience in infrastructure and telecommunications in technical and commercial areas.
• Proficient in English language (written and spoken).
• Able to travel up to 50% in Southern America Region Countries (Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay).

• Be the Tech Trusted Advisor for Enterprise Final Customers.
• Be the Tech leader to accelerate business in new verticals and new accounts.
• Identify technical GAPs to promote Commscope Solutions.
• Drive business customers into transition to new technologies.
• Facilitate the tech message to the Ecosystem and Final customers to enable solutions.
• Support and define planning with Final Customers to drive value-added solutions expansion.
• Be the single point of contact with the Tech Global Organization.
• Be focus on Goals and KPIs management to succeed in business.
