## Learning Operations and Facilities StaffApply: Jakarta: Full time: Posted 2 Days Ago: JR2026098558It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Pre-Implementation: • Support providing data Opened PD program with target pool participants • Support arranging schedule training • Upload schedule training in website/LMS • Do booking room and facilities for PD Programs • Support analyzing the training schedule in order to make it realize on time • Support in designing and distributing of brochure/flyer/etc. of PD programs • Support data related external training realization • Support in producing report related realization of Professional Development Program • Arrange the operational facilities and documents needed for Training Need Assessment that require in PD Program Implementation: • Support preparing and executing the operational support for implementation of PD programs • Prepare and replicate learning material (handouts, Ice Breaker, Evaluation, etc.) • Support providing all learning materials and facilities (icebreakers, case studies, handout) • Assist supervisor in execute various PD Programs • Execute questionnaires distribution and recap the data • Prepare the payment request align with procedures needed • Responsible to documented all handouts, questionnaires and other materials that use for Training Program • Support all activities/data/documentation that related to BCLD • Process registration and answers routine inquiries regarding topics, schedules, and locations Post Implementation: • Support BINUS Quality Assurance (data, documents and visiting) • Support in providing data and document needed related to quality assurance in BINUS • Producing report related implementation of PD programs • Support in conducting customer satisfaction questionnaires • Support in conducting data analyze in order to produce a report • Support direct supervisor in proposing improvement in business process related to operational mechanism • Provide administration information regarding BCL&D process (e.g., IDP implementation, external training realization) General Activity: • Update and maintain training data & database (Administration and Documentation) • Ensure quality management compliance for all data and documents • Support in providing report periodically to direct supervisor • Support in providing suggestion to direct supervisor for improvement related to operational activities • Perform activities related to Quality Management System • Perform other activities as assigned by direct supervisor General Requirement: • Minimum holder Diploma (D3) Degree in relevant field, preferable S1 in any major Work Exposure/ Experience: • No working experience Special Skill: • Good in secretariat or administration tasks • Good communication skill #J-18808-Ljbffr
