Wallet Compliance Leader—LATAM Risk & Regulation

Paysafe, a global payments platform, is hiring in Lima for a hybrid role focused on risk and compliance within Wallet products and payment flows. You will liaise with PMO, Product, and Risk teams to implement regulatory requirements and enhance control frameworks.

The role requires experience in digital wallets or remittances, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the business. English and Spanish fluency are essential.

Act as a subject matter expert when it comes to designing and launching new Wallet products and payment flows while ensuring compliance with the existing financial crime control framework, Act as liaison between PMO, Product, Business and specialized Risk and Compliance teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and delivered, Decide on necessity of performing Financial Crime assessments on certain new products and payment flows, Gather structured information for new products, payment flows, partnerships for the purpose of a Financial Crime assessment, Work closely with Product to understand their business model, software tools, and products to be able to advise them on how best to implement Risk and Compliance requirements, Identify opportunities to enable the Wallet business through better and more efficient control framework, Work with other Business agents to promote best practices across the Paysafe Group, Maintain visibility of all areas of Risk and Compliance within Wallets, Lead certain Risk and Compliance projects around controls and/or regulatory requirements implementation, Any other duties deemed necessary both now and, in the future, to meet the business needs
