Finance Manager - Remote (NGO) Driving Global Impact

A global mission-driven organization in Lima, Peru, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial management and ensure compliance with donor requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in financial management. This remote role includes regular in-person meetings. You'll lead budgeting, prepare financial reports, and coordinate audits to support impactful healthcare programs aimed at preventing avoidable blindness.
