Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager – Paid Media to serve as the bridge between our clients and our media buying team.

This role combines client relationship management with a strong understanding of paid media strategy across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Rather than focusing on the day-to-day execution of campaigns, you will work closely with our media buyers to gather insights, communicate performance updates, present strategic recommendations, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, translating technical information into actionable insights, and helping leadership maintain smooth operations while supporting the agency's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with internal media buyers to gather campaign updates and performance insights.
• Coordinate communication between clients, media buyers, and leadership.
• Translate technical information into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Identify challenges proactively and ensure projects remain on track.
• Support operational processes and help maintain smooth day-to-day workflows.

Performance & Analytics

• Monitor key performance indicators, including CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Review campaign performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver reports and communicate findings clearly to clients.
• Support strategic decision-making through data analysis.

Client & Account Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and long-term relationships.
• Lead onboarding calls, strategy discussions, and recurring performance reviews.
• Present campaign results, recommendations, and strategic insights to clients.
• Manage client expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and results.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with creative teams, sales teams, and media buyers.
• Help align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
• Ensure all stakeholders remain informed and aligned.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook) Ads and Google Ads (required).
• 3+ years of experience in paid media and performance marketing.
• Previous experience working directly with clients.
• Previous experience working in a marketing agency environment.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and attribution.
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear and actionable insights for clients.
• Availability to work during U.S. Mountain Time business hours.
