Agentic Developer

We are seeking an experienced CoPilot Studio Agentic Developer to join our team as a Level 3 (L3) Support Resource , responsible for handling advanced incidents, service requests, and escalations related to Microsoft Copilot Studio-based agentic solutions . The candidate will serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis , implement permanent fixes, and continuously enhance agentic solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This position is open for nearshore or offshore candidates with the requirement to provide full support coverage from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1. Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) solutions.
• 2. Minimum 2–4 years of experience with Power Platform (Cloud Flows, connectors, expressions, connection references, and troubleshooting).
• 3. Experience providing L3 / Advanced Application Support, including incident management, root cause analysis, service requests, and production support escalations.
• 4. Knowledge of Power Platform Administration, solution deployments, environment management, and ALM processes.
• 5. Experience troubleshooting integrations, APIs, custom connectors, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services, and authentication issues.
• 6. Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, role‑based access control, and support group management.
• 7. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with experience creating runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• 1. Experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and/or Model‑Driven Apps).
• 2. Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, and Generative AI solutions.
• 3. Experience supporting Copilot Studio Agents, Agentic AI solutions, and enterprise AI applications.
• 4. Experience with Dataverse, Custom Connectors, Microsoft Graph APIs, and ServiceNow integrations.
• 5. Familiarity with ITIL processes, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management.
• 6. Microsoft certifications such as PL‑200, PL‑400, PL‑600, AI‑103, or Copilot Studio Applied Skills certifications.
