Strategic Renewal Sales Specialist

Concentrix in Makati is seeking a Specialist, Renewal Sales to partner with clients and drive contract renewals. You will manage a dedicated territory, promote offerings, and achieve revenue-based quotas.
You will forecast sales, deepen product knowledge, and address client needs. The role involves outbound communications, CRM updates, and collaboration with the team. This is a full-time position in Makati with training and growth opportunities.
#J-18808-Ljbffr Customer service, Sales experience, High-volume calling, Salesforce CRM, Problem solvingSell renewals and services to assigned client accounts., Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts., Maintain product knowledge and understand client requirements., Handle customer concerns and help remove roadblocks to satisfaction., Manage high volume of calls and emails daily; predominantly outbound., Maintain CRM with up-to-date data and notes., Collaborate with team to deliver a professional customer experience.
