Depot Site Manager
, tendrás la oportunidad de liderar operaciones estratégicas en un entorno dinámico, contribuyendo directamente a nuestra expansión y excelencia operativa.
Propósito del rol:
El Depot Site Manager será responsable de la gestión integral del depósito en Callao, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos, seguridad, optimización de procesos y la satisfacción del cliente.
Responsabilidades:
Liderar las operaciones diarias del depósito, garantizando eficiencia y seguridad.
Supervisar equipos multidisciplinarios, promoviendo un ambiente colaborativo.
Controlar inventarios y asegurar la integridad de los activos.
Cumplir con normativas locales y políticas corporativas.
Implementar iniciativas de mejora continua y reducción de costos.
Gestionar indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) y reportes a la gerencia regional.
Requisitos:
Título universitario en Ingeniería, Administración, Logística o afines.
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de depósitos o centros logísticos.
Conocimiento en normativas de seguridad y procesos aduaneros.
Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y toma de decisiones.
Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
Competencias:
Orientación a resultados.
Capacidad para resolver problemas complejos.
Adaptabilidad en entornos dinámicos.
