Modalidad: Híbrido (asistencia presencial 2 a 3 veces por semana en oficina de Surquillo).
En Coforge estamos buscando un UI Designer Senior (20697) con el siguiente perfil.
Responsabilidades principales
- Diseñar y evolucionar la identidad visual digital de proyectos estratégicos enfocados en plataforma digital y chatbot.
- Traducir lineamientos de branding en interfaces digitales, componentes reutilizables, microinteracciones y motion design.
- Diseñar interfaces visualmente atractivas, claras, accesibles y consistentes para plataformas web, mobile y chatbot.
- Crear, mantener y evolucionar UI Kits, Design Systems y guidelines visuales.
- Garantizar coherencia visual, jerarquía, usabilidad y escalabilidad entre distintos canales digitales.
- Diseñar motion graphics, animaciones funcionales e ilustraciones alineadas a identidad de marca.
- Colaborar con Product Owners y equipos de desarrollo para asegurar alineación entre diseño visual y restricciones técnicas.
Requisitos indispensables
- +5 años de experiencia en UI Design, Visual Design o diseño digital enfocado en interfaces.
- Experiencia sólida trasladando branding e identidad visual a productos digitales.
- Experiencia diseñando interfaces para plataformas web y mobile.
- Dominio avanzado de Figma (imprescindible).
- Manejo avanzado de Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop y After Effects.
- Experiencia con motion design aplicado a interfaces digitales.
- Conocimiento de LottieFiles y animaciones funcionales.
- Experiencia en creación de Design Systems, UI Kits y componentes reutilizables.
Requisitos deseables
- Experiencia en banca, fintech o sector financiero.
- Manejo de Adobe XD, Sketch y herramientas de handoff como Zeplin.
- Experiencia en prototipado visual avanzado.
- Conocimiento básico de herramientas complementarias como Maze, Hotjar, Miro, Notion y Confluence.
- Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
