EdgeUno seeks a Business Operations Support professional to bolster commercial operations through market research, CRM management, BI reporting, and process optimization. You will work with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and streamline workflows.
The role emphasizes leveraging AI-powered tools and lightweight automations to boost productivity and deliver actionable insights for fast-paced decision-making across EdgeUno's Latin American

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, competitors, and growth opportunities., Maintain CRM records, generate reports, and develop dashboards for leadership insights., Assist in preparing proposals, executive reports, and sales enablement materials., Coordinate meetings, communications, documentation, and initiatives for the Business Development team., Leverage AI tools to conduct research, summarize information, and improve productivity.
