Resumen
Buscamos un(a) Ground Support Senior Technical Representative que liderará y brindará soporte técnico especializado en geomecánica, sostenimiento y control de terreno, asegurando la entrega de soluciones de ingeniería innovadoras que aporten valor a los clientes.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar ambientado soporte técnico especializado en la industria subterránea.
- Desarrollar oportunidades técnico-comerciales y propiciar el crecimiento sostenible del negocio.
- Brindar soporte técnico especializado al área comercial durante procesos de cotización, licitación y cierre de proyectos.
- Participar en visitas técnicas, inspecciones de campo y reuniones con clientes para identificar oportunidades de mejora y nuevas soluciones.
- Supervisar la correcta aplicación e instalación de productos de sostenimiento, asegurando cumplimiento técnico y operacional.
- Capacitar al personal interno y clientes en temas de geomecánica, sostenimiento y control de terreno.
- Desarrollar relaciones técnicas de confianza con clientes estratégicos.
- Coordinar con las gerencias técnica y comercial para proponer, sustentar y ejecutar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Analizar las necesidades de los clientes y sugerir mejoras continuas eficientes y oportunas.
Calificaciones
- Título mandatorio de Ingeniero en Minas, Geología, Ingeniería Civil, Geotecnia o afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 a 8 años en cargos con responsabilidades similares en la industria subterránea.
- Postgrado relacionado (deseable).
- Conocimientos avanzados de Mecánica de rocas, geología estructural, mapeos estructurales y geomecánicos.
- Conocimiento de diferentes tipos de sostenimiento en minería subterránea y métodos de explotación.
- Dominio de software geomecánico como DIPS, UNDWEGE, RS2, RS3, FLAC3D, 3DEC, Griddle, entre otros.
- Conocimiento en sistemas de seguridad integrados, medio ambiente, seguridad y salud ocupacional.
- Dominio de las exigencias de seguridad vigentes en Perú relacionadas con minería subterránea.
