An innovative AI marketing platform is seeking a Customer AI Analyst to work closely with clients, ensuring their accounts achieve optimal AI outcomes. The role involves configuring customer accounts, designing prompts for large language models, delivering insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Successful candidates will have a background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and experience in a SaaS environment. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and familiarity with prompt engineering is a plus.
