We came together from various backgrounds with one vision: to bring a lean, user-centric approach to product innovation and software development by completely understanding the business needs before building anything.W**hat we’re looking for:**As a frontend/UI: React/Next.js Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using JavaScript programming language.Your main activities will include providing daily standups to clients, participating in and providing insights in various meetings with managers, clients, Product Owners, and Project Managers, performing updates to projects based on client requirements or Statement of Work (SOW), installing application solutions, performing testing and bug fixing, collaborating with the Front-End team, and optionally upskilling in front-end related frameworks.Your expertise in React and Next.js, React development, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset will contribute to the successful delivery of projects and the achievement of project goals and deadlines.**Responsibilities:*** **Provide Daily Updates to Clients**: Share project progress, address challenges, and respond to questions during regular client standups.* **Collaborate in 1-on-1 Meetings**: Participate in discussions with managers, clients, and stakeholders to align on goals, provide technical insights, and address priorities.* **Update Projects per Client/SOW Needs**: Implement changes, deploy solutions, and ensure functionality, performance, and quality standards are met through testing and troubleshooting.* **Test Applications Before Deployment**: Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs before publishing applications on servers or platforms.* **Publish and Maintain Applications**: Deploy applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stability through regular updates and bug fixes.* **Work with Back-End Teams**: Collaborate to plan, implement, and troubleshoot tasks to meet project goals and deadlines.**Qualifications:*** Fluent English level* Previous working experience as a React Developer for 5 years.* Previous working experience as a Next.js Developer for 5 years.* BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject* Strong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript* Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it **such as Express or StrongLoop*** Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds* Good understanding of server-side templating languages **such as Jade or EJS*** Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors **such as Stylus or Less*** Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3* Understanding accessibility and security compliance* User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments* Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system* Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application* Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform* Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes* Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git**Principal Skills:*** Typescript* React* Next* Strong experience with CSS (outside of tailwind)* Working in a fast-growing company.* International working environment.* 5 working days during the week.* Bonuses for achievement of objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
