Commercial Manager for Tunnelling CEE

• Completed commercial education(e.g. business academy, university of applied sciences, university); auniversity degree is desirable
• Professional experience in asimilar role, ideally in the construction industry
• Solid IT skills and a strongaffinity for working with numbers
• Dynamic, analytical, andinnovative mindset
• Strong communication andcontractual skills
• Willingness to learn,flexibility, and above-average commitment
• Structured, proactive,solution-oriented, and independent working style with strong team spirit
• Strong awareness of quality andcost-efficiency
• Possible willingness to travel
• Knowledge of a CEE language isa plus, but not mandatory

STRABAG - Work On Progress: Becoming Climate Neutral by 2040.

• Preparation or support in thepreparation of the monthly cost report as well as in the monthlyreporting, such as project reports, earnings forecasts, etc.
• Preparation or support in thepreparation of forecasts, particularly in terms of performance, results,and risks
• Preparation and follow-up ofinsurance notifications
• Review of internal allocations
• Accounts payable and receivableaccounting, including invoicing, receivables management, and dunningprocesses
• Monitoring compliance withconstruction contracts (with clients and subcontractors), both legal andcommercial aspects
• Participation in andclarification of the commercial framework conditions during acquisition,systematic customer support, as well as negotiation and legal review ofcontracts
• Independently providing expertadvice on all contractual matters
