About the Role

We now have a fantastic opportunity for motivated casual Lifeguards to join the Cockburn ARC team; helping create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will maintain safe pool supervision, respond to emergencies, and deliver high‑quality customer service to ensure a safe and enjoyable aquatic environment for all patrons.

About You

We are seeking reliable, safety‑focused and customer‑oriented individuals with strong communication skills, the ability to stay alert under pressure, and a genuine commitment to creating a safe and positive aquatic environment.

Besides demonstrated experience, you’ll need to have:

• RLSSWA Pool Lifeguard Licence
• Working with Children Check
• Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate
• The ability to work a variety of shifts (mornings, evenings and weekends).

Salary and Benefits

$40.35 per hour inclusive of 25% casual loading.
