Missions

Business Continuity Plan

• Help on BIA, BCP procedures, BCP test.
• Strong communication with technical support team and HO BCP team.
• Provide valuable opinions on the improvements of BCP set up.
• Coordinate CMT/BCP teams during the crisis as the back-up of the manager.

CLSi (Local Coordinator for Information Security)

• Help on the annual tasks assigned by the manager.
• Provide valuable opinions on the improvements of IS.
• Strong communication with technical support team and HO ISS team.

Project Management

• Assist on coordination of projects assigned by the Manager.
• Communicate with different departments and organize working group / project meetings.
• Project documentations.
• Analyze the situation and timely report to the Manager.
• Be able to follow the topics and solve the issues with the assistance by the Manager.

Others

• Ad hoc user support assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• 3 years of higher education (L3)
• Bachelor degree and above, Major in Finance or IT, fresh graduate or within 1 year working experience.
• Level of minimal experience: 0-2 years
• The personality of skilled for communication.
• Good command of English.
• Detail oriented with good team-working spirit.
• Capacity to cooperate and ability to work across disciplines.

IT tools

• Skilled in MS office, including Excel, PPT and Word.
