- Cuáles serán tus principales funciones? Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios en hardware, software, impresoras y equipos de red. Instalar, configurar y solucionar incidencias en equipos de cómputo y sistemas. Administrar cuentas de usuario, permisos de acceso y apoyar en las prácticas de seguridad de la información. Gestionar el inventario de activos de TI, incluyendo equipos, licencias y registros de mantenimiento. Ejecutar respaldos, actualizaciones y apoyar en procesos de recuperación de sistemas. Dar soporte a los servicios de correo, infraestructura de red y plataformas de oficina. Participar en la implementación y coordinación de proyectos de TI. Elaborar documentación técnica y manuales para usuarios.
- Qué buscamos? Bachiller o titulado(a) en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines. Entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia en soporte técnico o infraestructura de TI. Conocimientos de sistemas operativos Windows y fundamentos de redes (TCP/IP, switches y routers). Conocimientos de Linux (deseable). Experiencia en soporte a usuarios, gestión de equipos y administración básica de infraestructura. Deseable contar con certificaciones como CCNA, MCSE u otras relacionadas. Deseable conocimiento básico de PowerShell o Python para automatización. Inglés intermedio (indispensable).
