About the Role

We are hiring Client Outreach & CRM Representatives to support U.S.-based businesses across multiple industries. In this role, you will manage client pipelines, follow up on leads and proposals, coordinate outreach communications, and keep CRM records accurate and up to date. This is not a cold-calling role — it is a relationship-driven, process-oriented position for someone who communicates professionally in English and takes pride in keeping every opportunity moving forward.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and update CRM records — contacts, deal stages, activity logs, and notes.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients via phone and email at defined pipeline stages.
• Schedule calls, meetings, and appointments for the client team.
• Track proposal and deal status — flag stalled opportunities proactively.
• Handle inbound inquiries and qualify contacts against defined criteria.
• Execute outreach sequences and follow-up cadences using CRM tools.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and deliver regular activity reports.
• Coordinate with the client team to ensure smooth handoffs and timely follow-ups.
• Meet weekly activity targets — follow-up rate, pipeline updates, and appointments set.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales support, CRM, or customer-facing role — BPO or U.S.-client experience preferred and must be documented on your resume
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1).
• Your last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening process.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar) — required.
• Comfortable making occasional outbound calls and sending professional emails in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and client success.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
