Responsabilidades
- Planificar, ejecutar y supervisar proyectos de biotecnología vegetal, asegurando el desarrollo de protocolos de propagación in vitro, rescate de embriones y conservación de germoplasma conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.
- Desarrollar investigaciones orientadas a la propagación, almacenamiento y reproducción de materiales vegetales élite, contribuyendo a las iniciativas de Operaciones Agrícolas, Nuevos Cultivos y Mejoramiento Genético.
- Elaborar y actualizar protocolos, manuales, instructivos y metodologías técnicas que estandaricen los procesos de biotecnología vegetal y aseguren la mejora continua.
- Gestionar los recursos y el equipo de trabajo , organizando al personal, administrando el banco de germoplasma y asegurando la correcta ejecución de los proyectos asignados.
- Monitorear la gestión de los proyectos , realizando el seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño, avances, costos, producción, presupuesto y documentación técnica.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de gestión y normativas corporativas , velando por los estándares de seguridad, calidad, inocuidad alimentaria, medio ambiente, ética y antisoborno.
Requisitos
- Profesional en Ingeniería Agrónoma.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en Investigación y Desarrollo, específicamente Sanidad Agrícola.
- Manejo de MS Office y ERP SAP a nivel intermedio (deseable).
- Diplomado en Manejo Integrado de Plagas y Enfermedades (deseable).
- Diplomado en Sanidad Agrícola (deseable).
